Margaret L. Rice is an associate professor and program coordinator for Instructional Technology program and the Computers and Applied Technology program in the College of Education at The University of Alabama.  She teaches mainly doctoral courses and has chaired more than 70 dissertation committees.  Her research interests include technology integration, e-learning, gender and technology, and technology and older populations.
